What is HRM? or What is Human Resource Management or Introduction to Human Resource Management

HRM (Human Resource Management) is one of the important function of the Five major functions of Management. These functions are are : -

1.   Planning
2.   Organizing
3.   Staffing (HRM)
4.   Leading
5.   Controlling

So HRM (Human Resource Management) falls at third number of the Management Function and its usually know as Staffing. This functions is generally covers recruitment, hiring, training and development for employees, compensations, performance appraisal.

General idea about HRM
The approach of HRM enable employer to develop a management system to achieve organizational objectives at profit, to create competitive advantage and value creation for shareholders.
