It is published on the above advertisement that Dow University Announce Admission of postgraduate course session B 2013 and fellowship available from college of physicians and Surgeons. 

FCPS-2 Applications are invited on prescribed performed for admission in following course:

• Gen Medicine. 
• Gen Surgery. 
• Gynecology and Obst .
• Pediatrics.
• Radiology.
• Ophthalmology.
• Anesthesiology.
• Plastic Surgery.
• ENT.
• Psychiatry.
• Community Medicine.
• Neurosurgery.
• Cardiac Surgery.
• Orthopedics.
• Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. 

Note for FCPS Trainers.

Register after 30th November 2013 at CPSP for major specialties or not registered at will only be Eligible to apply However applicant for subspecialty E.g. Cardiac Surgery, Orthopedic, Neurosurgery and plastic surgery are Eligible to apply Only if they have completed 2 years in GEN surgery.

Eligible requirements is Certificate of passing FCPS part 1,Certificate of CPSP registration (if registered after 30th Nov 2012), Sindh Domicile, Valid PMDC registration and Candidates who have completed 2 years in Gen Medicine and Gen Surgery are also eligible to apply.

Note: 

• Application form can be download from DUHS website www.duhs.edu.pk. 
• Application form should be submitted along with all require documents of eligible to UBL baba-c-Road Branch along with pay order of RS.2000 only in favor of DOW university of Health Science. 
• Deadline date of forms submission is 31 may 2013. 

• Entrance test will be held on 15 June 2013 (venue and time will be mentioned in admit card) candidates if Govt: servant should apply through proper channel with an advance copy to admission cell, DUHS with NOC form the GOVT . 
• No TA/DA will be paid neither accommodation will be provide to any candidates. 
• If the application receive on the last date will not be entertained. 
• If application submitted directly to the office of the register will not be accept. 
• Registration and morning fee is RS./25,000 per year shall be charged for FCPS program.
